Fleet & Vehicle Decal Service Terms and Conditions

1. Project Initiation and Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin the project. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule and covers initial design and material costs.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final pickup or installation unless net 7 payment terms apply.

2. Payment Terms

Net 7 payment terms are available exclusively for company fleet orders involving 2 or more vehicles, allowing payment within 7 days of receiving the final invoice.
Clients using net 7 terms must place a valid card on file for automatic payment processing on the due date and should ensure the card has sufficient available funds to avoid late fees.
Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice amount per week overdue.

3. Design and Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 design mock-ups with minor revisions.

Additional revisions are charged at $50 per revision.
Clients must provide all design files in suitable formats (e.g., .PNG, .JPG, .PDF).

DAPA GFX is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or low-quality files.

4. Production and Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 10-14 business days from design approval and deposit receipt.

Rush production fees:

Self-install rush fee: $100 (3-5 business days).
Pro install rush fee: $150 (5-7 business days).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the deposit payment. No refunds are given after this period due to material and production costs.

If DAPA GFX must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

6. Installation and Delivery Services

Self-install orders:
Pickup: Free during business hours.
Delivery: Available for $50.

Professional installation:
Standard fee: $200 per vehicle.
Rush fee: $350 per vehicle, including expedited scheduling.

7. Warranty and Liability

A 6-month warranty is provided for decal adhesion and quality under normal conditions. The warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper care, or extreme exposure.
DAPA GFX disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages from decal application or removal.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

Designs created by DAPA GFX remain DAPA GFX property until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these designs without written consent.

10. Confidentiality

DAPA GFX guarantees the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.
