4. Ownership and Usage Rights
Designs remain the property of DAPA GFX until payment is completed. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final design. DAPA GFX may use completed work for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, feedback, and materials to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines.

6. Modifications to Terms
DAPA GFX reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the new terms.

7. Liability Limitation
DAPA GFX is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages caused by using our services.
