
Custom Garment Customization Terms and Conditions
1. Client-Provided Garments
Responsibility for Garment Quality: DAPA GFX is not responsible for the quality or any defects in client-provided garments. Clients must ensure the garments are suitable for customization.
Inspection Upon Receipt: All garments will be inspected upon receipt. DAPA GFX reserves the right to refuse customization if the garments are deemed unsuitable (e.g., damage, material issues).
2. Design and Customization Specifications
File Quality and Ownership: The client must provide high-resolution design files. By submitting a design, the client confirms ownership and the right to use the design for customization.
Placement and Size Agreement: Customization placements and sizes will follow the specifications outlined in the order form. Any changes after order confirmation may result in additional fees.
Color Accuracy: While DAPA GFX will strive for color accuracy, slight color variations may occur due to fabric type and print method.
3. Pricing and Payment
Standard Charges: Customizations are charged at $25 per shirt, with additional costs for complex designs or special services.
Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required before customization begins, depending on the total order size and project scope.
Price Adjustments: Additional charges will be communicated if any design changes or special requests impact the final cost.
4. Production and Turnaround Time
Standard Turnaround: Standard orders typically take [insert turnaround time, e.g., 5-10 business days] from the time of order confirmation and payment.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved at the time of order submission.

Modifications: Changes to an order after confirmation may incur additional charges and may impact turnaround time.
Cancellations: Orders canceled after customization has begun may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the stage of production.
6. Liability and Limitations
Damage or Loss: While every precaution is taken to handle client-provided garments with care, DAPA GFX is not liable for damage or loss of items during the customization process.
Client Responsibility: Clients must review all customization details carefully during order submission. DAPA GFX is not responsible for errors in customization if the order form was completed incorrectly.
7. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup: Orders can be picked up during designated business hours.
Shipping/Delivery: If delivery is requested, shipping fees and logistics will be the client's responsibility.
8. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with DAPA GFX, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be handled under the laws of the state of Georgia .
